The program will be a platform for more entrepreneurs to grow their businesses through the development of digital-based products. The digital economy is now one of the key of government agendas and concentrations seen to potentially contribute around 20 % to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 2020.

The objective of the digital entrepreneur program is to provide opportunities and exposure to youths to become digital entrepreneurs while increasing interest in the development of applications and digital creative content in turn delivering local talent internationally.
